I have 20 years experience in the beauty industry. I opened Just Jane & Co. 8 years ago in South End Charlotte and am happy to provide an upscale environment with a friendly, comfortable neighborhood atmosphere. Here at Just Jane we are a team of driven and courteous professionals who's main goal is to provide you with the services and quality you desire and deserve. I am a Level I Educator for LANZA and working towards becoming a Level II educator. With my eye for color and ear for detail, anything is possible.

My name is Nicole Bartlett. I have lived in Charlotte most of my life. I have successfully managed retail and fashion stores before entering cosmetology and working for myself. When I'm not making people feel beautiful I am spending time with my wonderful husband, Rob, our son, Rieley and daughter, Hayley. I graduated from Aveda Institute of Charlotte. I have continued my education with VIDAL SASSOON Academy in Santa Monica, California, COLOR SPECIALIST Program through REDKEN, and now I am an educator with MIRABELLA cosmetics. I also specialize in Bridal hair and makeup.

JC climbed the ladder of the salon world beginning as a customer service representative and moved up to salon coordinator of a multimillion dollar a year salon and day spa.
Her advanced education includes Redkens global education center in New York City. Here she trained with Global Performing Artist, Ellen Lawler and Chris Baron, the Education Artistic Director of the Academy of Salon Professionals. Also, JC has trained under world renowned stylist such as Kaz Amor of Warren Tricom Salon located in Melrose CA. Kaz’s clients include young Hollywood starlets such as Lauren Conrad. Her product knowledge includes Redken, Wella, Surface, Aveda and Lanza.

I am a Color Specialist with Wella but do not limit myself to only those products. I am constantly learning and discovering new products, techniques, and formulas to better serve my clients. I love meeting and getting to know new people and venturing out to the newest hot spots of Charlotte.
